Cefn Caer is open to visitors all year, but only by appointment.

Appointments can be made my telephone on 01654 791230.

The price is £5 per person. Children free. Concessions for groups and OAPs (wheelchair access).

You will recieve a fascinating personal tour round the house by the owner, Mr. Elfyn Rowlands.

Getting there by car

Take the A493 from Machynlleth to Tywyn. Once in Pennal, take the first road on the left. (If you go over the bridge, you have gone too far).

Public Transport

The nearest railway station is Machynlleth.

The 28 and X29 buses from Machynlleth go through Pennal.
